Speedharp (Piano Wire Screens)

GES Manufactures its own Piano Wire (Speedharp) screens in-house through its wholly-owned subsidiary Sharp Screening Products. Sharp has been manufacturing Speedharps for its customers since 2003. Speedharp screening is the most efficient way of screening fines worldwide. Speedharps will screen at twice the rate of the equivalent aperture woven wire, meaning more tons per hour of production.

With Speedharps you get no material build-up as there are no cross wires for fines to adhere to. Sharp Piano Wire Screens are mostly used in the dry screening of sand, gravel, topsoil, coal and other difficult materials where blinding and pegging make screening with square mesh difficult.

Our Speedharps are used on all brands of mobile and fixed screening plants. We can customise screens to your chosen requirement. Sharp Piano Wire Screens are manufactured from high grade standard and stainless steel wire and are tested against stringent quality tolerances to ensure an extended and efficient life.
