Wear Plate Assemblies

GES supplies a multitude of assemblies that incorporate abrasive wear plate. These assemblies may contain some mild steel; however, the core function is abrasive plate and the impact areas on the assemblies include 400-500BRN steel. At GES our engineering department designs its own jigs, and we only use experienced welders to carry out the work to our customers’ drawings.

At GES, we conduct extensive quality checks on all assemblies before final finishing and shipping. We predominately focus on small-medium assemblies and our design engineers are qualified to help customers with any design and fabrication requests.
